Martinez Congratulations to Jeremiah Copple, recipient of the Northwest Vista College Alumni and Friends Scholarship for 2018 Jeremiah is a music marketing major with plans to transfer to the University of Texas at San Antonio. He says attending Vista will help refine his skills as a pianist and become a composer for media, such as movies and video gaming. “With my financial stress alleviated, I can stay better motivated and focused on my education,” he said when accepting the scholarship. Jeremiah shared how his first attempt at college did not go as planned, due to being unmotivated and in the wrong mind-set. Now more focused, he said his passion for music and belief in higher education prompted him to enroll at Vista. “Northwest Vista presented everything I needed to get back on track,” he said. Jeremiah thanks everyone who donates to the NVC Alumni Scholarship fund. “I will work very hard to make the most out of this opportunity and hope to one day return the favor to future generations,” he said.
