January 31, 2017 | Manny V. Martinez The Northwest Vista College Friends of the Arts (FANs) have announced the winning design for their first ever Fiesta Medal. The commemorative piece officially goes on sale Mar. 6 and will raise funds benefiting scholarships and programs at NVC. Vista alumnus, Pablo Frontaura, designed the medal while a student at Northwest Vista College. Medals are $10 and available for pre-sale now and can be picked up on the evening of Friday, March 3.
