November 16, 2015 | SharkAdmin Northwest Vista College President Dr. Ric Baser was selected as the president of the Higher Education Council of San Antonio, which is a group that has been around since the 1970s. Dr. Baser is hoping the group can create a city-wide higher education calendar with events from the different colleges, and maybe bring international speakers.
