Getting a degree means that you have gone through a process and can focus.” “The way you put yourself and your business out there is to do good work.” “Don’t take the first job that comes along. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.” These thoughts were just a few of the ideas and answers eight business leaders gave in a two-day presentation to the NVC Business Student Organization about starting a business and what employers are looking for in new employees.
