September 13, 2012 | SharkAdmin Get involved in NVC's first annual Homecoming celebration, called “Celebrate Vista” that kicks off Oct. 2 with pep rallies and a basketball game between employees and students. The five-day celebration was created to build traditions, school pride and spirit that will engage alumni, faculty, staff and students. We hope everyone will get invovled to celebrate the college with activities by student organizations, sports such as basketball, volleyball, 5k, golf, scholarship fundraising and music, art, and speakers, etc. Below is a rundown of all the events: Homecoming Employee office decorating contest Tuesday/Thursday Wear Purple Day Wacky Tacky Wednesday-Dress as wacky as possible Home Coming Basketball game employees vs students Tuesday, Oct 2, 3:30pm, HH gym Home Coming Kickoff Pep rally on the CCC patio @ 10:50am and @ 1:50pm outside in front of LOH NVC employees vs students basketball game 3:30pm, door prizes & t-shirt give away Rock The Vote-Use Your Political Power-Register Today!!
