Dean, CFRE, and Linda Lysakowski, ACFRE, have just released a how-to guide on nonprofit strategic planning entitled, “Nonprofit Strategic Planning: Develop a Plan that Will Actually Be Used.” The book is published by CharityChannel Press and is part of the “In the Trenches” series of books specifically for nonprofit organizations. The book takes readers through the step-by-step process of strategic planning for nonprofits and provides valuable strategies, tips, templates, case studies and much more.
