Although Erik Leos received an Associate of Arts in Music Technology from Northwest Vista College in 2008, he hasn’t stopped. He’s currently attending Wayland Baptist University and plans to graduate this year.

While working at Northwest Vista College, he’s also doing an internship at Westover Hills Assembly of God in its music department.

Erik said what he remembers most from attending NVC are the small classes and the teachers that were knowledgeable and helpful.

Since receiving his associate degree, Erik said it has opened up promotion opportunities for him at work. Having a degree has also impacted him in other ways.

“It’s helped me to manage my time and prepared me to transfer to a university,” Erik added.
