February 7, 2014 | SharkAdmin [image 1] Just a few months ago, NVC Workforce and Continuing Education held a graduation ceremony for the English as a Second Language (ESL) Program. A total of 24 students completed the 6-Level program making this the largest ESL graduating class at NVC. Students from Brazil, China, Dominican Republic, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Ukraine, Thailand, and Mexico participated in the ceremony. In previous years, the graduating class averaged 10-12 students. The success of the ESL program comes from the quality of instruction, commitment to learning, caring environment, and a sense of community that empowers our students to achieve their goals.
