Click on the link to read it: [file 2] Faculty Resources Instructional Development and Distance Learning staff recently developed a new collection of resources in Canvas, the Alamo Colleges learning management system. “Faculty Resources” is a repository that contains more than 60 pages, each with a straightforward purpose, instructions, screen shots, links, or samples. It is available to all faculty at any time, without logging in. Pages have user-friendly titles. The collection was developed based upon the topics most requested by faculty for assistance over the past few years. Sections include: Checklists for beginning, middle, and end of the semester An ACES How-To guide Tips & Tricks related to technology Resources for Faculty Resources for Students Creating Canvas pages to promote active learning Samples that can be used as templates To access Faculty Resources, simply hover over either Academics or Faculty & Staff on the NVC homepage; you will see the link in the white drop-down menu.
