Get Proactive and Learn The Oz Principle

Take part in A three-session Lunch & Learn book review of the best-selling book “The Oz Principle” – getting results through individual and organizational accountability. The study encourages seeing issues and conflicts for what they are in order to take ownership and proactively solve or do what is required; as opposed to less productive strategies of ignoring issues, finger-pointing, covering your tail, or saying “it’s not my job.” You will receive the book at the first session.
